breakfast offerings delicious breakfast noodle bar poor service luggage assistance unhelpful staff

The breakfast offerings each morning was delicious. I think the menu was one of the best in South East Asia. The menu included curries, dumplings, and buns. It also had fresh fruits, roti, and a noodle and egg bar.

The staff did not assist with my luggage at the lobby. I did not receive help unloading my luggage by the staff. They only asked for the luggage later. They did not bring the luggages to the room.

Wonderful stay with attentive service

excellent building beautiful area kind staff

Hakimi was kind. He recommended a very nice local alcohol. The building is excellent. The outside areas are beautiful. The restaurants offer delicious food. I was very grateful for Julia and John who served teh tarik. They were very kind, and the food was good. My room was beautiful, clean, and had great views.

The pool apparently closes too early at 7pm.

The hotel is located close to the airport. It offers easy access to the city was great, though the traffic noise during peak hours can be a little intrusive.

My Beautiful Sea View King featured a king bed and a separate sitting area. The room included a mini-fridge and a coffee maker. The bathroom was well-equipped with towels and toiletries and included a hairdryer.

I enjoyed Belinda's excellent service at Al Fresco. The breakfast buffet offered a large selection of foods. The food was well prepared, and I was certain everything was good and of good quality.

Excellent Stay at the Resort

tropical setting clean pools attentive service breakfast buffet

I found the resort grounds very well maintained. Landscaping creates a beautiful tropical setting. The pools were clean. I saw staff constantly working to keep everything tidy. I also liked the variety of restaurants available. Each offered different cuisines and dining experiences. I especially liked the attentive service. The staff remembered my preferences after just a couple of visits. The breakfast buffet had many options. I found something new to try each morning.

The gym could benefit from updated equipment, MOSTLY cardio machines, as I found some of them showing wear.
